We have a free 1 year warranty on all manufacturing defects of zippers, fabric, and foam so you can rest easy.  However, if you have any issues after the one year period (rare), let us know and we will do our best to work with you on a solution. We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We know that if you enjoy your SLACKER sack bean bag, there is a good chance you will refer your friends and family to our website so they can purchase one as well!!

Issues with our product are very rare.  However when they do appear, it is almost always within the first day or two of receiving the product.  Email us about the problem and we will work out a solution to the issue.

We value our customers and if something goes wrong, we will make it right.  However, if we feel that the problem has arisen out of abuse, excessive wear, etc we may not not honor a warranty and this determination is based on our discretion.
